Documents Required To Open A Corporate Account

Please note, you should have the following documents ready in your laptop or desktop, before you start the application process

To open a business account with Monvenience, you will need to provide the following list of documents:

  1. Online application form.
  2. Copy of the business owner’s passport ( or ID, only for citizens or residents of the EU or the EEA).
  3. Proof of address.
  4. A detailed business description.
  5. Corporate documents.
  6. Supporting documents on clients/suppliers.
  7. Documents with supporting information about initial funding.
  8. Verification through the Ondato solution.

Details on the above points and documents:

1. Application form (must be filled online at the website, from https://my.monvenience.com/#/registration/corporate).

2. High-quality colored scan copy of the business owner’s passport. The scan of the ID (front and back) will be accepted only for citizens or residents of the EU or the EEA.

3. Proof of address (any utility bill issued not earlier than 90 days prior to the application form submission)/ recent bank statement translated into English or Lithuanian.

4. Detailed business description:

  • Source of funds;
  • Website URL of business if present;
  • The nature (reason) of incoming and outgoing transfers;
  • Which countries are you going to work with?
  • Marketing materials, if any ( business cards, brochures, presentations etc.).

5. Corporate documents:

  • Certificate of Incorporation;
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association;
  • Appointment of directors and shareholders;
  • Certificate of Good Standing/Incumbency (for companies older than 1 year);
  • Any other relevant corporate documents depending on the country of registration.

6. Supporting documents on clients/suppliers (invoices/contracts/draft contracts/agreements).

7. Documents with supporting information about initial funding (if the first transfer will be made from your own bank, a bank statement is needed; if first transfer will be made from a partner/business associate/customer, then an invoice or a contract is needed).

8. Video Verification by logging into the Monvenience mobile app, through the Ondato solution, after the online application is submitted.

Decide on the mobile number and the email address, that you will be using to operate the account, and use the same when you fill up the online applications form
